Best known for his Oscar for Best Musician in In 2009, for his score of Slumdog Millionaire, Rahman also won the Critics' Choice Award, the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score, the BAFTA Award for Best Film Music, and two Academy Awards for Best Original Music Score and Best Original Song at the 2009 Oscars.

Along with an entourage that includes 80 dancers, acrobats, and crew members, Rahman is collaborating with creative director Amy Tinkham, who has worked to create concerts for Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys and Mariah Carey.
