Excellent with many varieties of food. Above all, the restaurant environment was very peaceful and beautiful. The service was very quick and good.

Food quality is superb and there is good variety of veg and non-veg dishes. Noted thru the kitchen window the same chef as from a few years ago when we first started going to Ashiana. Explains the consistent quality. Decor is one of the best of the Indian restaurants around Atlanta as is the value of the lunch on weekdays. Servers carry themselves well and are quite polite and impeccably dressed. This would be a good place to bring a business client to for authentic North Indian food in a formal setting.

Selection was wide and atmosphere inviting. A little out of the way in the Global Mall but worth the trip. Birthday party going on
that Saturday but pretty full with other patrons too. Very diverse patrons.

Went there for dinner over the weekend. Really tasty food and great service. Most of all, loved the aquarium!

Great food. Friendly waiters asked 4 to 5 times if everything was OK. Only tables are small.

The food is great and the decor is outstanding. I love the wide selection of food from the lunch buffet. It is definitely a place to
take both family and friends.

I went to Ashiana earlier this week after a long day at work. Not only was the food delicious, but their service was outstanding. The entire staff was very hospitable and courteous, which was a good end to a long day. Their "service with a smile" policy will definitely bring me back. Keep up the good work.

Finally, we have a nice Indian Restaurant in Atlanta. I went last Friday for dinner and and I must say that service was great, food was delicious and great ambiance. I just hope Ashiana continues to provide same level of service and delicious food...I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Our last visit was on a Saturday whereas this past Sunday, the restaurant was a bit quieter. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and the chefs at the dosa and kulfi (Indian ice cream) stations. The service was up to the high standards we are accustomed to at this restaurant. Plates were quickly wisked away as we returned to the buffet to sample the wide assortment. I especially liked the gajar halva (a sweet carrot based dish)and the naans that went well with several dishes. Since the place was not too busy at 1:00, we hope others visit so that this restaurant remains a viable option for those who enjoy the food.

We had the grand weekend buffet which was quite a substantial spread. There were lots of delectable dishes to sample. The food was attractive and delicious. The interior decor was interesting and the staff was attentive and polite. In spite of the efficient and courteous service, we somehow did not feel the inviting warm welcome and friendly connection. They had a pretty packed house which could be why they may have been stressed or too preoccupied to give customers that extra personal attention.

Took a long drive to check out this restaurant in Alpharetta and found it to be worth it. A lot of energy in the restaurant on Saturday around lunch time. A few non-Asians but clearly the Indian community finds the variety of food and the ambience appealing. Modern Western pop music in the background gave it more of a contemporary feel than traditional Indian restaurants. Service was superb. Very professional staff (particularly Nehal) from the host to the servers to the cashier. Food was fresh and a nice mix of Indian and Chinese influences. A birthday party was going on at the long table next to us, full of young professionals who were clearly having a great time. Not the place for quiet conversation but for enjoying a boisterous good time with friends. And our family with young kids felt just as welcome.

A very highly recommended Indo-Chinese restaurant. Excellent food with wide range of variety. The menu is long and food servings big! Delicious preparations served by courteous staff. The decor is very neat and prices reasonable. Veggie lovers have a extensive selection to choose from. The best thing is the restaurant is open whole day...so make a visit for late extended lunch!

We attended the lunch buffet and the food was excellent. The vegetarian hakka noodles are very light (not very oily) and very tasty. Their spring rolls and vegetable wontons are great too. The food looks fresh and good.

Very good Indian Chinese restaurant. Must try the appetizer: Crispy Spicy Baby Corn. The soups and Hakka noodles were great. Not very costly. I enjoyed it very much.

Restaurant tucked away and easy to drive by but worth stopping in. Hip music in the background and a mix of Indian and American customers is usually a good sign. Friendly servers (Americans) who dispensed recommendations freely. The Khati rolls were a favorite for the kids in that it resembled a flavorful burrito. The adults enjoyed the thalis with a sampling of three veggies. A bit pricier than the lunch buffets often frequented but food quality was certainly more than acceptable. Open ceiling in one area a little disconcerting, looked unfinished, but server did not indicate a renovation. The other side of the restaurant where we were not seated is much nicer.

The thing about this restaurant is that it has a lot of choices even if they tend to remain the same over time. The food is rich so sampling all the different items requires restraint so that you do not fill up on just one favorite. A nice touch is the Indian juices (mango for example) that are included with the buffet. My American friend thoroughly enjoys the food and the descriptions of the items are good if I am not there to translate!

Tandoori chicken was excellent. Not dry as in some restaurants. Paneer was not memorable but not offensive either.
Chole was tasty as were naans. Indian beverages (mango juice) were favorite of kids. Good, attentive service during lunch buffet.

Not to offend carnivores or vegetarians, there are two separate buffet lines. And some items on each side show better than others. But generally, the veggie side impresses as a bit more imaginative and flavor-layered. Spinach and potatoes cooked with ginger and spices; firm kidney beans (in place of the usual chick peas) in a deep curry sauce; sweet mixed vegetables, rich with cream and almonds, pakora, fried mixed vegetable fritters; and slightly sweet, delicately charred naan bread come together to make a far from bland vegetarian feast. We loved the buffet at Chat-Patti. There was appetizers, salad, rasam, sabji, dal, fried rice, kadi, dessert and pickle. The buffet included roti or naan served at our table. Everything was fresh and very tasty. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. I took kadi and dessert for second helpings. The food here is authentic vegetarian. My parents also love the family atmosphere in this restaurant. Since the food is really delicious, there is a big crowd coming to this place. Going for an early buffet at 11.00 am is highly recommended.

I love the food at this place which has excellent customer service. The owner is available at all times, helping, serving and overlooking. Not only is their buffet excellent and fresh, any item on their menu is always freshly cooked. Excellent kulfis, even if you don't have a "sweet tooth. Try it once, since they are excellent.

We were meeting our friends there, they chose the place, so we said "okay let's go!". We ordered Rava Dosa and Onion Dosa. We loved it! My husband ordered Rice Biryani-type of dish it came as Khichadi - but we loved it. So overall the food was good. This place is a must go to for any South Indian dishes. The service was fantastic, the food was great the place is very clean and the owner/manager and staff are all really very pleasant. This has become one of our regular go- to place even though we live so far from the location.

This is the best place for both South and North Indian food. I would strongly recommend to all Indian food lovers to visit at least once. This would be my choice of restaurant to all my friends too.

Went on a weekday and small crowd. Did takeout and found food to be tasty although a little heavy. Very typical of many good Indian restaurants around town now.

Food is always good. Was very disappointed with the service staff who could not stay away to watch me eat. Complained to the management the same day and left. Have not visited again.

We went to the dinner buffet on a weekend. The food quality was OK but the number of items was fewer than we expected given the price charged. They could do better by increasing the number of menu items and the quality of the food, given the number of choices diners now have to experience good Indian food in the ATL area.

Excellent restaurant! Hot spicy preparation with wonderful taste...great service and reasonable price...must check their dinner buffet. If you love hot spicy preparation...this is the right place to be...check out this restaurant whenever you are shopping in Decatur area...you will love it.

Third time we visited. This time was for weekend buffet. Quite a variety of food and service was as good as anywhere I've been in Atlanta Indian restaurants. Believe this restaurant is a little pricier for lunch buffet but compensates with quality food and ambience. Clearly up there with Bombay Grill and Ashiana.

Excellent Indian cuisine and fantastic service. Ambiance is very welcoming and service very pleasant and prompt. Food preparation very delicious, good choices of curries and buffet on weekend is a must to have. Excellent place and highly recommended.

Everyone no doubt loves The Palace food like I do. I used to arrange parties at the banquet hall but used to hate the tiny hall with the pillars in the middle. But the last time I visited The Palace, I was astonished to look at their banquet hall. The pillars weren't there anymore and the size of the hall has been extended. So now The Palace is the perfect place for parties. Excellent food + Excellent hall = Excellent party

The best buffet in town to visit. Excellent variety of dishes to choose from and very friendly staff. The decor is as traditional as the food preparation. The place is always packed on weekends to enjoy the buffet so you may have to wait a bit to enjoy the tasty food. Take my words...it's worth waiting for.

What can I say? Truly the best North Indian restaurant in Atlanta. Excellent service, excellent food, simply outstanding! What more can I say?

Great food, excellent party place. For less money you get more variety of South & North Indian food. The service is good. We had chat masala, masala dosa, curd vadai. The service and quality is excellent South Indian or North Indian, Veg or Non-veg, food is extremely good compared to any other restaurant in Atlanta. Service is A+. Ambiance is also A+.

I went to Poona for lunch 2 weekends ago and they had the best food there for the buffet. A person was making dosa live and I was served with amazing sambar. Never had such delicious sambar in my life. I was so impressed by the food and the service that I took my friends there for dinner this past weekend.  They all LOVED the food...they have excellent tandoori dishes. My favorite was chicken tikka masala. The ambiance is very classy, and the service is excellent, very polite,  welcoming and fast. This is one place where u can go with family or friends (not necessarily Indians) and you are guaranteed to be more than satisfied. I would highly recommend Poona for food, service and ambiance.  It's on my
top list of Indian restaurants in Atlanta for now.

Our organization had a two day event attended by hundreds of people. Rajbhog catered it and the food received rave reviews!

I had my party catered by Rajbhog. The food was very tasty. Rupesh was helpful in selecting the menu. Highly recommend Rajbhog for vegetarian catering!

It's one of the best fast food/restaurants in Atlanta. The restaurant is clean and the food is like home made. I like to go there and eat the food and especially masala dosa. And their sweets are so tasty that I cannot even think of buying sweets from anywhere else.

Surprisingly, this place has an excellent buffet, every item fresh and delicious. The only decent restaurant in Smyrna, Cobb Parkway area. Almost 25-30 items on buffet at very reasonable price, Service is excellent.

Don't go by outside looks..the buffet has a mix of North Indian and South Indian dishes and the taste is awesome. I will recommend it especially for weekday lunch.

Enjoyed the weekend buffet - many veg & non-veg dishes to choose from. Good mix of North & South Indian food.

Went at lunchtime on a weekday and found medium sized crowd. One long table full of friends who seemed to enjoy the ambience. Found service very attentive and manager helpful in explaining lunch buffet dishes (not as familiar with some of these South Indian choices).

We tried the veggie thali. The food was delicious and the staff was very polite, personal and friendly. The service was noteworthy as was the food. They particularly went out of their way to meet, greet and connect with their newer customers as well as their already established clientele. They were very accommodating with alternate food selections to satisfy our palates and so we could happily sample a wider variety of dishes. The interior of the restaurant is very upscale, contemporary and tasteful. It is definitely worth a visit, again and again. With the quality food, location and friendly, accommodating staff, you simply cannot go wrong!
