This month’s theme: Thai Tempting Tastes
At this class, you get to sizzle with the summer heat with a taste of Thai. It is truly difficult to find vegan Thai food at Thai restaurants because most Thai restaurants put fish or shrimp paste in all their dishes, plus they can be really spicy! Next time you crave Thai food, just make it yourself! These dishes are so easy to prepare, full of nutrients – and vegan of course – plus they’re really yummy!

Here are the dishes you will learn to prepare
|1. Pad Thai Flat rice noodles stir fried with seasoned seitan, mung bean sprouts, and scallions in a tasty tamarind sauce, simmered with tempting Thai spices and garnished with crushed peanuts.|
|2. Thai Green Curry One Pot Wonder A healthy medley of rice, quinoa, oats, green peas and potatoes cooked in a fragrant green curry sauce and simmered in rich coconut milk…A true one pot wonder!|
